This book is about a girl that catches fireflies in a jar. When the jar lights up it is called a lantern.
I learned that people use fireflies in all kinds of ways. This book reminds me of catching my first insect. It was a grasshopper. My favorite part is when she caught fireflies.
I recommend this book to people who like science because it is a science book.
