This book is about a rainbow fish that has a lot of sparkly scales. He will not share them with the other fish. The fish are sad. The rainbow fish will not change his mind. One day, he decides to give the fish each one scale. The fish are happy.
This book reminds me of Patrick Baily because he does not share with his little brother just like the big fish won't share with the little fish. My favorite part of the story is when the rainbow fish decides to share his scales. I really liked the pictures in the book because they are sparkly and not ordinary scales.
I liked this book because all the fish become happy at the end. I think you should read it. It is a really good book to read.
