Dad was telling everyone a story. John was looking through the window. He found a silver coin. Then he went into a special store and he bought a piece of chocolate. Then he ran home and walked past his mom. Then he ran upstairs slammed the door and opened the box. Then he said there is only one piece of chocolate in the box. Then he ate it. When he was done, everything he ate turned to chocolate. Keep reading to find out what happens next.
My favorite part of the story is when he ate the chocolate. I love to eat chocolate too. I read Charlie and the Chocolate Factory. The stories are somewhat the same because they both talk about chocolate. I really liked this story, it is fun to imagine all the adventures that John had.
I recommend this book to children ages 7 to 12. It was a lot of fun to read. I wish I could find a magic chocolate!
