The Shrinking Mouse

Fox, Rabbit, Squirrel, Mouse, and Owl were sitting by the trees looking at the forest. ?Look at that wood over there,? said Mouse. The mouse told the others that the wood was even smaller than he was. Then Owl was flying toward the forest and Fox thought the Owl was shrinking as she gets closer to the forest. In the story, each animal thinks that the others are shrinking. At the end, the animals all get back together and they realize that they are all still the same size.

My favorite part of the story is when the animals all reach the forest because they get together. My favorite character is Fox because he cares for Owl and his friends. I can relate to this story because I get worried about my friends too. This book has nice pictures that help tell the story.

I think that others should read the book because it has nice pictures.
