Elbert's Bad Word

One day there was a tiny bad word. Elbert picked it up and he put it in his pocket. Later it went in his mouth. Then the butler was balancing a tray of eggs. It fell on Madame Friatta's gown and she spilled her spritzer on Sir Hilary's head. Sir Hilary threw his mallet into the air. Then when it hit Elbert on his leg the word popped out of his mouth. People couldn't believe their ears. His mom punished him. Then his mom took him to the doctor. The doctor put in some new and good words in his mouth.

I like Elbert and Sir Hilary and Madame Friatta. My favorite part of the story is when the word came out of his mouth. It reminds me of when I was in second grade and I said a bad word. I got in trouble! In big trouble!

I recommend this book to adults because it will teach them not to say bad words and not be mean to other people. Kid's will enjoy it because it show's them to don't disrespected teacher's and bigger people.
