Star Wars Jedi Apprentice: The Rising Force

This fantastic book is about a young boy who spends his whole life at the Jedi Temple and wants to be a padawan, but Qui-Gon-Jinn refuses to take him. He goes to Bandomeer to be a farmer, but Qui-Gon gets stuck with Obi-Wan. Qui-Gon has to do a secret mission. Obi-Wan keeps trying to be a padawan despite being rejected.

The lesson in this story is never quit on your dreams, because Obi-Wan wants to be a padawan but Qui-Gon keeps refusing. Obi-Wan keeps trying. This was a fascinating book and reading it makes you feel like you are in a different world. My favorite part was finding out Xanatos is still alive.

I recommend this book for people who like action and want to know how Obi-Wan and Qui-Gon come together.
