This book is about the little red hen who finds seeds to make wheat. Then, the cat, the pig, and the duck do not want to help plant the seeds. When the seeds grow, the little Red Hen wants to cut them. Then she asks the cat, the pig, and the duck to help her; they say ?No?. Then when she cuts the wheat, the wheat turns into flour. When she sees the flour she wants to make it into bread. Then she asks again, ?Who can help me make the flour into bread? The cat, the pig, and the duck said ?no?. After she makes the bread, she asks ?Who wants to help me eat the bread? The three little chicks say ?yes? I want to help you eat the bread. The three other animals say ?yes?, but the little red hen says ?no?. This is because the little red hen asked for help in the beginning of the story and they say ?no?
The first reason I liked the book is because it was funny. The part that was funny was when the little red hen asked the cat, pig, and the duck for help and they said ?no?. The second reason I liked the book is because the Red Hen was very silly, she liked to make different things. She made wheat, then flour, then bread. The third reason I liked the book was because of the pictures. I liked all the colors in the book.
I would recommend this book to my friends because they will like it. They will like the book because it is funny. I would also recommend this book to kids who like the Little Red Hen series. I would also recommend this book to my friend Shirley. I would recommend the book to Shirley because she is my best friend.
