Isla

Rosalba and her Grandma fly to an island in their imagination. It is where her grandmother lived when she was a little girl. They visit Tio Fernando's family and see the house where her grandma grew up. They fly over the rain forest, the city and the beach. They have fun eating mangoes and pineapples. Then they fly back to New York City where they really live. Now Rosalba knows so much about all the places and she feels like it's her "isla," too.

I like the water fountain that "abuela" makes with colorful rocks from the rainforest. I like this book because I think it is about Puerto Rico.

If you want to fly away in your imagination to a beautiful place, you will like this book.
