Philip Hall Likes Me, I Reckon Maybe

In the beginning of this book, Beth was the best in her class until Philip Hall came along. Beth fell in love with Philip and then he became the best at everything. Beth traded some turkeys for a dog and there was a problem, she had to keep switching every dog she got. Also, close to the end of the book Beth's family bought a ton of shirts for less than a dollar a piece and there was a huge problem there, too. Find out what those problems were by reading the book.

This book was really good once you understood it. It was hard because they talked real different in the story. It was was like "Whoa, they used ain't in their sentences and the characters are using improper grammar." (I want to give you some advice, keep reading and you'll really understand it.) Beth was my favorite character because Eddy in Ed, Edd and Eddy always wanted money and Beth tried making money in the book.

I recommend this book to people who like good long stories because the book is long and it's really good. Beth got taught a tough lesson. She shouldn't give up who she was when she fell in love.
