Journey

Have you ever had a loved family member leave? Journey did. It starts when Journey is eleven and her mother leaves. Journey becomes very sad and searches old torn pictures for any clues toward finding her mother.

Journey is a fun and exciting book. I like this book because it is a short book that's easy to read and it has good descriptions. My favorite part of the book is when Journey and her sister, Cat, piece together one of the torn pictures. That reminds me of my Uncle Vincent trying to piece together an embarrasing picture of my big sister. My favorite character is Journey's grandfather because he feels bad that her mom tore up all the pictures. To make up for it, he takes his camera everywhere and takes pictures of everything. I thought that was pretty funny.

I like this book because it has a lot of description. I would recommend Journey to someone who likes adventure. If you like action and adventure you will love this book, or if you just like reading a good and interesting book, this is the one for you.
