Mr. Popper's Penguins

Mr. Popper's Penguin's is about a man that had a penguin named Captain Cook. Than one day he receives another penguin and he named her Greta. They have more penguins and that is when the fun begins. They do all kinds of crazy things. You need to read this book to find out what happens.

I like the book because it is funny and it kept me laughing. My favorite part was when Mr. Popper had his penguins walk in a straight line. The illustrations were neat because they were in black and white. Mr. and Mrs. Popper were poor at the beginning of the book, but at the end they were rich because of their penguins. Their outlook on life changed too.

I recommend this book to anybody that likes silly, funny, crazy books. If you like penguins, than you will enjoy reading this book. My teacher Mrs. V. would like this book because she likes to read funny books to us.
