This book is about when Mount St. Helens erupted in 1980. Scientists have explored Mount St. Helens for many years. They have found plants and animals under the glaciers. The ash from this volcano went 15 miles into the air. There was a huge mudflow. If you want to find our more about Mount St. Helens, you should read this book.
I liked this book because it was interesting. I also liked this book because I liked the pictures and how they said what happened. My favorite part of this book is when it showed Mount St. Helens with 15 miles of ash in the air. This book reminded me of when I went and saw Mount St. Helens. This book had a lot of details. If you like non-fiction books, I think you would like this one, The Eruption and Healing of Mount St. Helens. This book reminds me about me. I like to see outdoor things.
