The story is about a napping house. The story takes places on a rainy day and everybody is asleep on a cozy bed. Seven people were crowed on this cozy bed. A snoring granny was on it first, then a dreaming child got on, then a dozing dog, then a snoozing cat. After the cat was a slumbering mouse. A flea bit all the people in the napping house. The biggest lesson I learned is to never sleep with a lot of people on top of me.
The napping house makes me feel happy because there is a flea that bites every one and they all do different things when the flea bites them. It makes me laugh a lot of times in this book. The napping house is a great book for ages fewer than ten or eleven. My favorite part in the book is when the cat clawed the dog. It was really funny to me.
I think the story teaches the people to never have a mouse sleep on you or a cat or a dog because they all have fleas and one may bite you. So people never sleep with a mouse, dog or a cat.
This story reminds me of when I go to sleep at home. I kick my uncle in bed at night. The last picture looks like this. A mouse jumping up to the air, the cat is going to her bed, the dog is going to the chair, the boy is going backwards and the granny hits the child in the butt. Then she broke the bed in half.
I think people of all ages should read The Napping House because its a joyful book and it will make you laugh.
