Jack and his sister,Annie, were in the woods. Suddenly they saw a treehouse. They went inside the treehouse and found a book about dinosaurs. Jack opened the book he pointed to a picture of the dinosaurs and then the treehouse started to spin. It spun faster and faster. Then everything was still, absolutely still. They found themselves in the land of the dinosaurs. Never go back to prehistoric times!
I liked it because it has a magic treehouse. I liked the illustrations because there were good dinosaur pictures. Jack is like me because he is 8. This book is similar to the book A Vacation Under the Volcano because it is also by Mary Pope Osborne.
I recommend this book to people who like dinosaurs and who like to laugh. It is part of the Magic Treehouse series.
