Black Beauty

Wow! This is a GREAT book! Black Beauty is about a beautiful black horse that moves away from his mother. He moves to a nice place. He had a nice master and lots of food when he needed it. Then after he was there for a while he had to move again. This was not a good move. His master was mean. For fashion he had to wear a checkrein. Then he had to move again. This time he liked it very much; he was a cab worker with a nice master. He was there for a really long time and then his master wanted to retire so he was sold. Where he moved he was not treated fairly and he ate once a day. He hated it there. He was forced to carry a heavy load and he broke his knees. The doctor said that he could not work for one month. The doctor told the master that the horse could be sold at the next horse fair. Black Beauty was treated better then ever then he was sold in ten days. This time he was sold to someone who fixed him up. Then was sold again. Read the book to find out what happens to him.

I really like this book because it makes you feel like you are there. My favorite part was when he was cab working. His master was nice to him, unlike most people he was sold to. I think this book is very unique because it is about a horse and I never knew what horses go through.

I recommend this book to people who like horses. This book is interesting and fun to read. It is sad because one of the horses die but it is for the best of it. The author makes you want to keep reading and see what happens next. I recommend this book to everyone.
