The Major Eights 1: Battle of the Bands

Have you ever dreamed of being in a band? What if you could be in a band with your best friends. Major eights is like that dream come true. It's about Four girls who play instruments and they all like playing music. One of them sings and one of them plays the keyboard one plays the drums and the last one plays the guitar. Their names are jasmine scarlet Becca and Maggie they all want to compete in a concert. But one day they all got mad at each other. Will they get back together in time?

One reason this is a great book because it is a page-turner. It is a page-turner because every time you turn the page you want to know what happens next. Another reason this is a great book because one of the characters remind me of myself because Jasmine sings and I like to sing a lot. I sing at church too. It's great because of the strong girl characters like Jasmine.

If you like high school musical You will love this book because they both have bands and teenagers. I think girls will love this book best because the main characters are girls. If you like books about bands, cool girls, and friendship I think you should read this great book.
