Harry Potter and the Sorcerer's Stone

In this book, you will find a boy named Harry Potter who lives in a house with people who hate him. On his eleventh birthday he finds out that he is a wizard. He learns that his real parents got killed by an evil wizard named Voldemort. This character Voldemort tried to kill Harry, but lost his power and body in the failure. Harry goes to a wizarding school where he finds out Voldemort is trying to get his powers back with a special rock. Harry gets new friends and an enemy. Soon, Harry finds that there are obstacles. Will he succeed or die?

I really liked this book because it is full of adventure. I also like it because Harry is brave and risky. My favorite part is when they go through the obstacles, it gives me a surge of fear and excitement. My favorite character is Harry. I felt like I was Harry. It felt like I was fighting Voldemort myself. I wonder if J.K. Rowling will make another book after the seventh.

I recommend this book for ages 5 and up.

I give this book 5 out of 5 stars.
