In Arthur's Teacher Trouble by Mark Brown, Arthur meets his new teacher, Mr. Ratburn. Mr. Ratburn likes the class to line up from A to Z. The problem in the story is there is going to be a spellathon. Arthur is afraid of doing the spellathon. The problem is solved when he gets all of the words right. In the end, Arthur does great and he is happy when he wins the spellathon.
Our favorite part of the story is when Arthur won because he studied a lot and he deserved to win. Our least favorite character is Mr. Ratburn because he is a little scary. This story relates to our lives because we have won something before and were also nervous. The pictures in the story help explain what's going on.
We think other people should read this story because it's funny, especially when Arthur finds out who is teacher is.
