Nate the Great and the Musical Note

Do you like to solve mysteries? Are you a junior detective? If you answered yes, then you have something in common with Nate the great. He is a super sleuth. Follow Nate as he helps his friend Pip figure out the riddle of a strange musical note. They must find the answer before four o’clock. Will they make it? You’ll have to read this book to find out.

I like this book because the pictures were funny. I laughed when I saw Nate running around in only a towel and his hat. This book reminds me of other stories in this series. Nate’s friends call on him to solve their mysteries and he is always ready to help.

I recommend this book to children in second through fourth grades, especially those who like to read or solve mysteries. If you like to be familiar with the characters you are reading about, then the Nate the Great series is just right for you.
