I read the book The Boxcar Children. The children are running away from their grandfather. They think grandfather is mean or is he? This book is about four children who are trying to run away from him.
My favorite part is when they made a pool in a brook. I liked this part because they could go swimming on a hot day.
I liked this book because it is funny. It saw so cool. It was funny when Benn wanted a pink cup, it was funny because he is a boy.
I liked Violet the best. She was nice and helpful and kind.
I recommend this book for people from 1st grade to college.
