First, let me tell you about this book. One day a monster Called Color monster. Because he was feeling everything! He Was mostly feeling confused. Then a girl told him "Your emotions don't work when they are jumbled up" So she walked him through the emotions. But before she did that she said some advice: you should try to separate them, and put it in each one of its own jar. She walked him to happiness. It shines like the sun and twinkles like the stars. She is walking him through how sadness is. It is lonely and does not have much to offer. This is anger it burns like fire and it is red and it is nothing you want to get into. This is calm, it flows like trees and as calming as leaves it is quiet. Now she says how are you feeling now color monster better? At the end of the book, the color monster feels like an emotional monster.

First, this book teaches you to control emotions. For example, at the end of this book he feels like all the emotions. In the book, it says to keep your emotions in separate jars.

Next, it has amazing illustrations . There is one monster the color monster and in the end he looks pink and has googly eyes and he in perfect Lastly, this book will teach you many lessons. One of the lessons readers learn is the even when you're going through the emotions, you don't have to feel every single one. It also teaches you that it's ok to feel the emotions.

My favorite part of the book is when the characters go through all the different emotions. My favorite emotion is calm it reminds me of my favorite part of Australia because of the illustrations

I recommend this book to all ages because it can help any person! I bet you can't find a better book about emotions than this one!
